Things I Learned at Age 40
I learned a lot of stuff this past year, figured I’d share some of my experiences. Here we go:
I learned that it is entirely possible to drive through tornadoes and flash floods given the proper incentive (but I don’t recommend it)
I learned I have a whole bunch of cousins on Facebook that I am only just getting to know
I learned that “family” doesn’t have to be...
Tattooing hurts a lot, depending on what you get, where you get it, and who does it. But after pain and ugliness comes true beauty. All 16 of my babies make me feel beautiful and confident! And all of them hurt.
If you are going to get a tattoo, give a lot of thought to your design, research artists. Plan, plan, plan. You’ll be much happier.
